Christmas Gift Guide for travel lovers

It's the most wonderful time of the year. The air is crisp, the ground is white, you're wrapped up in 20 layers, all snug, drinking salted caramel hot chocolates and wandering the Christmas markets.

But... things are slightly different in Australia this time of the year.

This will be my second Christmas here and it's just not the same as Christmas in the UK. Yes, it's fab to throw a shrimp on the barbie, and wander around in your bikini on the beach but what is Christmas without getting excited at the first sight of snow and rushing outside to build a snowman (yes I'm 25)

At Christmas we have a lot of family traditions and that's the hardest part of being away from home for the holidays for me. But, Michael and I are finally feeling festive as we just put up our tree...

Honestly the best gift you could give the wanderluster in your life. The Go Pro enables you to share life as you live it. This new one is pretty incredible - voice control, water proof, instant play back.

7. St Christopher Necklace

H Samuel - £29.99

I've worn mine since my sweet lil nana bought us one in early 2014. A great gift for a jet setter as a good luck token to keep them safe. I only realised after a year of wearing it that it wasn't Christopher Columbus.. ha!
