Christmas Gift Guide: For Tech Lovers

Saturday already and T minus 9 days till Christmas. Yes... 9, this is not a drill!

I've just about managed to drag myself out of bed to write this, after a few too many gins and a late night dumpling feast in Chinatown I'm feeling a tad worse for wear.

Most products in this gift guide are either on my personal wish list or I already own. My wish list is more of a I-will-own-in-the-future kinda thing. I don't have a forever home at the minute and couldn't tell you where I'll be this time next year so no point in investing in some of the more homely tech. But you can, you go Glen coco!

Technology has come a long way even in the past 10 years, where the best product on the market then was that weird Nokia phone with the flip out keyboard... why?!

Prepare yourselves, this is the priciest gift guide so far - however if you are the giver of any of these gifts you'll definitely be in their good books for a long time!

Here it is... the penultimate in the series.

A Christmas Gift Guide: For Tech Lovers

1. Sonos One

John Lewis - £199

I struggle to remember life without a Sonos. When my friend first showed me the sound quality that comes out of one of these babies I knew I just had to get one. The new one comes with Alexa built in so kill two birds with one stone with this great tech gift.

2. Chromecast Ultra

Argos - £69

Netflix and chill in 4K with the new Chromecast. You'll need a 4K TV to get the best experience.

3. Dyson Supersonic Hairdryer

Currys PC World- £299.99

Alans review says it all...

4. Apple Airpods

Amazon - £151.95

Airpods are automatically on and always connected. And if you have the new iPhone these are a no brainer to charge your phone and listen to music at the same time... which you should be able to anyway. Eye roll Apple.

5. Fitbit Charge 2

Amazon - £124.99

Look at the colour of this Fitbit! Give them a head start on their fitness goals for 2018 and track your heart rate, steps, calories burnt, floors climbed and more. I personally NEED not WANT this.

6. Apple Macbook Air

PC World - £799

The number one gift for any techie! My Macbook has been glued to me since 2012 and is still going strong today, definitely an investment for a special someone. A bit pricey so if you cant afford the real thing, give someone the smell of freshly opened Apple products instead. Ha!

7. Nintendo Switch

Tesco - £279

The Nintendo Switch can be enjoyed by kids and adults alike. A perfect family Christmas present that is portable for those long car journeys to visit the rellies too!

8. Kindle Paperwhite E-Reader

Amazon - £94.99

I love my Kindle! Perfect to have in your bag at any time with lots of books right at your fingertips. This one has a built in adjustable light for reading in lower light too.

9. Nespresso Inissia

Argos - £99.99

Give a gift that gives back every single day. They can wake up and smell the coffee daily in 2018. This one is £100 and comes with the Aeroccino 3 so they can make the perfect latte every time!

10. Google Pixel 2 & Home Mini Bundle

Currys PC World - £529

Move over iPhone, you've had your day. We've seen the Google adverts showing us how much better the Pixel is, but what really does it for me is the price!

Love Luce x
