No-bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls

If you're like me and... always hungry, then give my ridiculously easy no-bake chocolate peanut butter energy balls a go.

They'll keep you from reaching for those sugary alternatives throughout the day.

Packed full of goodness and plenty of protein to refuel your body means they're perfect for when you've finished your workout too. 

Make a batch on a Sunday night and be set for the week ahead. 

If you're new to the protein ball game then you're probs looking at them thinking:

'Come on Lucy I could easy demolish 3 or 4 of these, they're not gonna fill me?' 

Well... it's NOT the size that matters and good things definitely come in small packages with these babies as they're super dense, sweet and really hit the spot!

Ingredients
Makes 8

150g rolled oats
4 tbsp of peanut butter - I use crunchy
4 tbsp of honey
2 scoops of chocolate peanut butter protein powder - I get mine here
2 tbsp chai seeds
2 tbsp of almond milk

Method
Simply mix all ingredients together in a bowl. 

Roll the mixture into small balls and coat in desiccated coconut or a good quality cocoa powder if desired.

Store in the fridge and enjoy your nutritious and convenient snack throughout the week.
